Monjoor Elahee Chowdhury serves as Head of Sourcing and Merchandising at Nordic Bridge Limited, where he leads global sourcing strategy, merchandising operations, and vendor partnerships. With over two decades of experience in the apparel and textile industry, he brings deep expertise in product development, supply chain management, cost negotiation, and production execution.
Throughout his career, he has successfully managed the full merchandising lifecycle — from order development and sourcing to production planning and shipment delivery — serving international buyers across Europe, USA and the UK including GAP, H&M, MACY’S, WALMART, JONES, TRUTEX, NEXT, ZARA, and KMART.
Before joining Nordic Bridge Limited, Monjoor held senior merchandising roles in international liaison and manufacturing organisations, where he led cross-functional teams and improved on-time delivery performance through strategic supply chain coordination.
He has extensive experience working with manufacturing partners across Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, and South Korea — building strong supplier networks to support quality production and competitive sourcing solutions. His sourcing philosophy is simple: the most cost-effective supply chain is one built on trust, mutual investment, and shared standards.
